The general APIs have come back. The vote API has been shut down, though, and now returns HTTP Error 410. I think this is it for now. Goodbye, BOUNCING® Polls!

The general APIs have also been shut down, apparently temproarily. There was an exploit that allowed you to still register votes after the poll ended. We'll add another comment after it comes back
