Your Monoteto shouldn't be overheating. Please check the location you put your Monoteto in, and check if the vents aren't blocked. If they're blocked, please move it to another place.
If the vents are not blocked, your Monoteto needs tecnical assistance. Please contact https://bouncing.gab.pt.eu.org/support/ to initiate the repair proccess.

What is the serial number of your Monoteto console please? We would like to check the warranty status of your console. We also would like to inform you that Monoteto's warranty is equal to 3 months, and after that it's gone and all repairs will be paid.
We checked the serial number and it is indeed still active. We would like to initiate the process. Please contact us by the support form so the repair process can be initiated.
• We also recommend cleaning your console before sending it to us, maybe that will fix it.
